Ley Orgánica 3/2020 (LOMLOE), published in the BOE as BOE-A-2020-17264, amends the national education law so that primary and secondary teaching includes education for health, including affective-sexual education, and so that a purpose of education is respect for affective-sexual and family diversity, coeducation, age-appropriate educación afectivo-sexual, and prevention of gender-based violence. That is a national curriculum statute expanding CSE. Valencia’s court pause is a different instrument.
