The Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles decree of 7 September 2023, on Gallilex, gives assent to the 7 July 2023 cooperation agreement between the French Community, the Walloon Region, and the French Community Commission on generalising éducation à la vie relationnelle, affective et sexuelle (EVRAS) in and outside school. That is a clear subnational CSE instrument.
