The official RCH Gender Service page says it continues to see Victorian children under 16 and lists puberty blockers prescribed by a paediatrician or paediatric endocrinologist, then oestrogen or testosterone. The Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority’s F–10 Health and Physical Education curriculum includes the Relationships and sexuality focus area. Official VCAA material states that students learn how to establish respectful relationships and develop practices regarding reproductive and sexual health, and that they gain an understanding of contextual factors that influence gender and sexual identities. That is a clear subnational CSE instrument.
