The Ministry of Health and Welfare Department of Medical Affairs published an LGBT+ medical-care reference guide (announced 23 January 2025 / Minguo 114) for health facilities and clinicians. The guide names puberty-related drugs as a care need and folds in the 2018 common principles on surgery for minors with differences of sex development. No official pediatric puberty-blocker protocol is listed.
