Saskatoon Community Clinic’s official page lists puberty blockers for youth among referral services, and pharmacy dispensing of those drugs without a clinic referral. It is a community clinic, not a Saskatchewan Health Authority children’s-hospital service. Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital’s official facility page does not list a gender clinic. The provincial parents’-rights statute is a school rule.
Schools detail
Bill 137 (Parents’ Bill of Rights, Royal Assent 20 October 2023) requires parental consent before staff use a pupil’s preferred name or pronouns at school if the pupil is under 16. That is a school restriction.
