The official Sainte-Justine services page says the clinic takes on young people aged 8 to 16 inclusive who want to start a medical transition, and follows them to 18. Listed services include introduction of puberty blockers according to age and developmental stage, then estrogen or testosterone. Surgeries are discussed there; they are not performed at Sainte-Justine. There is no provincial medical ban.
