Republic Act No. 10354 §14 requires age-appropriate reproductive-health and sexuality education in formal and non-formal schools under DepEd, CHED, and TESDA, with values formation and parental consultation. DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2018 set Comprehensive Sexuality Education guidelines; DepEd Order No. 025, s. 2025, announced on the official DepEd site, repeals that CSE brand and replaces it with Reproductive Health Education (RHE) from Grade 5, still under RA 10354, still including gender sensitivity and gender-based-violence content. That is official policy expanding school sexuality / reproductive-health education.
