Loi n°2024-027 of 13 December 2024, Penal Code Articles 325-1 and 325-2, treats public same-sex sexual acts as offences. Article 325-2 also punishes any speech, image, writing, or act — public or private — that approves, encourages, promotes, or facilitates those offences. That promotion clause is a school and youth-content restriction.
