The consolidated Loi du 15 novembre 1978 on Legilux requires information and sexual education at every teaching level, adapted to pupils’ age, integrated across subjects, and complementary to family education. The Loi du 24 août 2016 introduced the common secondary course « vie et société ». That is official CSE.
