Croatia’s Ministry of Health published national guidelines on gender dysphoria in Narodne novine NN 7/2016. The official text states that adolescents may be suitable for hormones that delay puberty once pubertal changes have begun, recommends at least Tanner stage 2, and sets criteria for starting puberty suppression with GnRH analogues (including informed consent and parent/guardian consent when the adolescent has not reached consent age). That is an official pediatric pathway for sex-rejecting procedures.
