Andorra’s Government announced on 20 August 2025 public funding, from 1 October, for hormone therapy and surgical treatments in the gender- identity service basket. Official criteria set an age floor of 16 for hormone therapy and 18 (majority) for surgical treatments. Under-16s may receive assessment and follow-up in specialised units, including contracted centres outside Andorra. That is a public-funding age floor.
